Built in Melbourne, for the practices that keep Australian small business standing.
I build automation systems for small Australian businesses. For years I watched bookkeeping practices run the same unpaid marathon every quarter — chasing receipts, keying invoices line by line, and carrying the liability for every figure.
What kept nagging me: practices hand-key invoice lines because their capture tool only reads the header — supplier, total, date. Line-item extraction was the most-requested feature for years, in their hundreds, marked “not in pipeline.” So the keying never stopped.
So I started building it. Not another app for the small business owner, but a back office for the practice — because the practice is where the work actually happens, and where the judgement that matters actually lives. Every screen is shaped by practising BAS agents. You sign off on everything. That isn’t a feature bolted on; it’s the whole design.
What we believe
Your sign-off is the product.
Human-in-the-loop isn’t a safety valve we bolted on late. It’s the design. Nothing posts, sends or lodges until you’ve reviewed it — because you carry the liability, and judgement is the part that can’t be automated.
We work for the practice.
We only sell to bookkeeping practices and BAS agents — never to your clients. That’s a published commitment, not a footnote. Your client relationships stay yours.
Australian first.
AU data residency, AU GST logic, the AU compliance calendar — BAS, IAS, STP, Payday Super. Built here, for the way practices here actually work.
